Conference Registration

Registration will be handled through the third-party app, eventbrite.com. Rates, in USD, will be finalized, soon. For now, we ask that you simply mark your dates on your calendar for this intimate gathering of 70 people. There will be early bird rates, and conference fees will reflect real costs for Global South and Global North participants. We also anticipate having a process whereby Global South participants may apply for a conference bursary to offset costs.

The registration fee includes: Welcome dinner, breakfasts, lunches, pre-dinner snacks, refreshments, access to all sessions, workshops and exhibitions, basic conference kit and abstracts downloadable from the website. 

Some of our Global North conference fees will be used to offer eligible Global South participants a conference bursary to offset costs.
